We asked Populus one of the UK’s leading research and strategy consultancies to undertake the research for us and their findings make compelling reading.
The report examines how often consumers use different payment methods, how they spend their money and how they access financial services, particularly physical touchpoints across UK high streets. The report also has a special focus on the youngest consumer group, aged 18-24, to better understand the future of financial services, and the type of services banks and financial institutions will need to provide in the future.
